Christmas Eve Services Planned
Two candlelight services of Holy Communion are planned this year for Christmas Eve, December 24. An informal service will be held at 5:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall. This service, planned with families with young children in mind, will feature a children’s sermon and the singing of familiar carols. The traditional service in the sanctuary at 9:00 p.m. will feature glorious music, and a festive and celebratory liturgy.
Both services include a Christmas message by Pastor Jim Bell and the Sacrament of Holy Communion. Both services will conclude with the lighting of individual candles and the singing of “Silent Night.”
